招聘职位：Sales Manager （09年应届毕业生）

Responsibility:
-Develop Lenovo channel business partner and maintain good relationship.
Understands the business partner’s business to effectively perform account
management, including attainment of key metrics and revenue targets.
-Understands and applies knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions,
leveraging LSM (Lenovo Selling Method), to help the Business Partner meet
business objectives.
-Drive regional activation activities jointly with business partner
-Drives effective Territory and time management and problem solving. Works
effectively with other team members to solve problems affecting the Business
Partner and recognizes, analyzes problems and causes and prepares
alternative solutions for discussion with team leader or manager.

Requirement:
-Good command of local
language,French,Arabic,Russian,Uzbek,Kazakstan,Byelorussia,Azerbaijan,Portugu
ese,Farsi Persian,Swahili,at the same time,knowledge of English is preferred.
-Strong personality, well-determined and hard working, flexible, and also
have a passion for market development
-Good knowledge of IT particularly PC industry is preferred but not MUST
-Good communication skill and be good at building up trust quickly with
partners
-Passionate to new. Integrity, self-motivated and result driven
